Making a detour to the cemetery after foraging for a bit. I do not know anyone that passed from this ministry but they deserve some remembrance. And it's best to go before all saint's day. I have a few extra wild flowers if anyone needs some or want to join in 🌱☘️

Hmm thinking of a new blend of tea to make, i was thinking white tea,orange and bergamote.

With the cold days coming, be sure to take some vitamins! Supplements are very good, but incorporating fresh sources are even better, it's simple as an orange juice in the mornings and lots of sun exposure ☘️🌱 (but check in with a doctor if you feel too sluggish!!)
