the other day i was contemplating writing mundaine slice of life comics bc escapism and simple things are good for your soul and i was hoping it could make others happier but.... they got me. i feel horrible.

got majorly sabotaged by my brain yesterday and now the only thing i feel is shame aaaa.... gotta love having bad impulse control

got a part time job and again i got evidence that everyone in retail is a "charcter" of some sort. be it the staff or the customers... everyone is kinda cartoony.

tonight i had a nightmare that E*on murdered Gr*mes bc she wanted to expose his mistreatment of the children and no one cared. there were no political nor personal consequences for him and the whole world just moved on. it stressed me out so much bc it still feels kinda realistic.

i live in the obligatory cherry blossom street of this city and watching all those parents and "influencers" rip the blossoms or even entire twigs from the trees make me so angry

also posting this was a big steppy for me. i really have a hard time lloking at old stuff. idk know why. it fills me with anxiety.

looking at this old stuff i become nostalgiy for the time i tried to become more of a concept artist kinda guy

I know i am whiny about the jobs i have even though i am super lucky to work in this field (illustration)… But i have to know… is it just me or is it kind of normal to never feel like you are part of the team?
