I grew the oranges and squeezed the juice. I raised the chickens and gathered their eggs. I grew the herbs that went in the scrambled eggs. I grew and roasted the coffee beans in the espresso, I grew the potatoes. The cinnamon stick, I got at the store, all the rest was me and my chickens.
