Stress-induced pain flare today. I'm exhausted. I've done nothing all day. Chronic illness fucking sucks. And then I go from pain for weeks on end to pre-syncope and tachycardia every day. I also found out horrid news this morning. Before 4:30, specifically. Today is a sad day.

CatDad (who doesn't have bsky) got 2 of his 3 Valentine's Day cards early. This was the 2nd. I saw it at the store and had to buy it for him.
