How come whenever anyone comes to the house to do work, whether it’s the landscaper, the pool guy or the garage door repairman, they feel like they have to block my car in the driveway so I can’t go anywhere?

Question for anyone who has a P.O. Box: when you order anything online, how do you know beforehand how it’s being shipped? I ordered something about a week ago that I later found out was being shipped by UPS. And I found out UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
