Just finished a fantastic work out, feeling strong and super damn hungry I'm never loosing this weight but I'm gaining bulk!

Went to do a workout and just sorta tossed on one of those work out shirts that are stretchy and stuff and boy does it show off the gut may need a bigger size now

I looked away for 5 seconds and I'm 10 pounds heavier I dunno what or who I ate but damn that's a big jump

The gyms been working out! Gotten bigger muscle wise! Though the calorie control is a bit less successful so I'm big in both ways haha though every time I work our I get vorny pol

I've been feeling a little too heavy irl and feel like I should loose some weight, I'm not super heavy just abit on the hearty side and got the gut to prove it but just feel abit insecure I guess
