After a temporary closure, the Concourse B exit hallway to Baggage Claim has reopened with a nice upgrade! The hallway now features terrazzo flooring in place of carpet. Travelers will also see this terrazzo flooring inside our soon-to-open A/B Connector.

Screening at Security Checkpoints A, B and C was briefly suspended after 8am due to a law enforcement investigation. Law enforcement has now given the all-clear. Screening and regular operations have resumed. We thank passengers for their patience.

New service to a new destination! This morning, we celebrated the inaugural departure to Anguilla, operated by AnguillAir from BermudAir. Refreshments and goodie bags were shared with passengers. A ribbon cutting and water salute were both part of the festivities.

A little light snow this morning at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. Our team has been busy treating airfield surfaces to maintain airline flight operations. Not expecting high impact to flights, but confirming flight status with your airline is always a good idea.

At about 6:00pm, a portion of Concourse A was cleared for a law enforcement investigation. The investigation determined there was no threat. Regular operations resumed at about 6:30pm. We appreciate the patience of those impacted.
