Finished all sidequests in Borderlands 4. The last one being a secret quest not marked in any way that has you find a hidden cave where a "Lore Singer" tells you a story of an ancient war for literally 10 minutes and I see it as a reminder that lore is inherently meaningless and worthless

Finished the campaign of Borderlands 4. Gearbox actually cooked with this one. It's structurely Far Cry but actually fun. It does get pretty tough towards the end, though, to the point where you actually need to put some thought into your synergies. Very good stuff.

Randys delusions secretly are what keeps me alive everytime a new Borderlands game comes out.

I missed Zane

I am over 20 hours into Borderlands 4, did the main quest in 2 of the 4 zones and this is Borderlands in its best form overall in terms of the first playthrough experience. The bosses are *GOOD*, the open world is dense, the combat continues to be magnificent and the quests are fun.

Just spent an hour in BL4 on a sidequest, proving a flat earther wrong with pictures, data, science and even a hologram recreation of the planet through digital scans created by recording the planet with weather baloons then he said nice fakes and the guy just jumped off a cliff and died

Some quick thoughts on BL4: - terrible ui - great transition into the new open world formular - fantastic gunplay - fun movement options - a story that doesn't get in its own way and isn't offensively terrible - performance on series x is fine but unreal engine 5-itis remains.

The longer I play the more I realize that not a single aspect of the UI actually works

The UI design of Borderlands 4's inventory is some of the worst I have ever seen like how the fuck did it end up in the game

Dropped the game after the fantastic Final Shape expansion and it still pays dividends. Destiny 2 is literally impossible to recommend to people you actually like because of how fucking incomprehensible and oftentimes outright moronic Bungie seems.

Found out what to do to get to act 3 in Silksong and the game keeps getting worse and more baffling like how do they get away with these decisions and gather all the 9s and 10s. I am losing my mind here like how are we playing the same game

Rate Silksong a 10 and explain to me how its pearl system isn't one of the most poorly implemented currency systems in a game

I finished Silksong (the normal ending) and it's been one of the hardest games to properly rate. It is an incredible game that's also incredibly flawed and frustrating.

The Conductors Gauntlet in the High Halls just took 30 years of my life away. I love Silksong but Act 2 has been one of the most miserable experiences I have had in a very long time. It's incredibly good and appallingy annoying.

Silksong is great but it has some NASTY areas. Clockwork and Sinners Road are currently in the run of worst area of the game.

We are all playing it and enjoing it.
