Hang in there everyone. Never give up. I know it’s been a difficult few days, but we have each-other and will endure this and the times ahead.

Yeah, we finally made it to the halfway way mark. If everyone could please assist by reposting, sharing on other platforms, & donating, it can really help us out. I've been working injured cause, sadly, this isn't enough to cover everything. I'm very grateful for the amount of help we have received.

Got my first ever speedo today thanks to my Hubby ❤️💕🐾

It’s… a strange feeling to suddenly feel like I woke up today and realized how loved I am/was by people I love and care about, after I convinced myself I wasn’t. I look back and can see it now. The only worry that comes after is, “I hope I didn’t realize this too late.”

You know what? I’m happy. 🐺🐾❤️

I feel so comfortable and content with myself and who I am and who I am to others today. Can I feel this way all the time? That would be nice.

Dreamy eyes or am I just tired and high? I’m not even sure.

Embracing myself and giving myself the love I’ve felt I didn’t deserve for so many years, and through it I’ve listened to myself finally, and making myself less emotionally and mentally sick. Healing is happening. ❤️‍🩹 🐺

One of the most interesting things that’s happened with my therapy and spending time taking care of myself is I’m getting to know myself much better and who I am. I feel like I’m becoming more of a complete person actually knowing who I am now and being confident in it. It’s quite the journey.

Day 69 of my excercise/workout routine. Starting to do weightlifting days again, lost 30 lbs since October.

I get impatient with myself. I’m making progress now and want to get better FAST, but it’s a slow process. I need to remember that. Just because I can’t be the person I want to be for myself and others yet, doesn’t mean it will never happen. I can do this!

Some days it feels the damage is too deep and it can never be undone. It’s hard to get through these days.

I don’t know why I don’t usually smile in pictures. But I’m happy today so… 😊 🐺

Today I accept that what I have been longing for, I already have. I’m now surrounded by friends who I love and love me. I don’t have to do anything more to “win” their affection. Also I finally forgive myself for not always being there for me. I will no longer abandon myself, because I love myself.

Took some time for self care this past week. I feel good today. Just done with my morning exercise routine.

Had a mishap shaving, but decided to show a bit more of my face for once. Don’t think it turned out so bad.

Fighting off that Sunday depression with a workout day. Cardio mostly today.
