Yeah sex is cool and all... But have you ever watched a player get excited as you ask them intimate, personal, and interesting things about their character to help them personalize them and fine tune their backstory? It's just 😩

One of my players, whom I introduced into the world of D&D less than a year ago, asked me to watch as she DM'd 5 players in curse of strahd. She asked me how she did I told her she did amazing, I was extremely proud, and she is light-years ahead of me when I started. 🥹

When I started playing #dnd, all we had was a torn up pdf of 3.5 players handbook and a single set of dice. I decided to make up the world and monsters to the best of my abilities, and that's what made me into a strictly homebrew #dungeonmaster
