23 years ago today, PCW was officially born at the Round Table restaurant on Pembina HWY in Winnipeg. Following a pitch meeting by PCW founders Mike Davidson & Andrew Shallcross, local businessman John “Johnny Millions” Nguyen invested start-up capital and the rest is history.
