The path leading up was more like an assault course - I had to get down on my hands and knees in order to crawl under snow-covered branches. 🎄 It's Day 3 of our #Shropshire advent calendar and here is Bishop's Castle after overnight snow, looking down High Street towards the Church of St John the Baptist. When I parked up I could see that the snow was melting quickly from the rooftops, so I ran up the Street to get this shot. ☃️

🎄 It's the start of our #Shropshire advent calendar, and here is Ludlow Castle surrounded by hoar frost glistening in the winter sunshine. It was a beautiful morning up on Whitcliffe Common, but the cold was fierce and the only way to stay warm was to keep moving in between taking pictures. ☃️
