Nazi Hunters: On the trail of Hitler's War Criminals Making good progress on this project - just two chapters to go - next one covers Operation Last Chance launched by Efraim Zuroff of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in 2002. The operational name clearly spoke for itself.

Praise for Rhineland ‘I knew absolutely nothing about the French crossing and the book expands upon ground operations to include a bit about De Gaulle's political motivations. Nicely summarized, that. … It's a nice, smooth read, too. Excellent.’ Historical Miniatures Gaming Society

Rome then and Now Having been fortunate enough to recently visit the Colosseum I thought that the view looked vaguely familiar. Although the angle is different note the gap at the top of the Colosseum and the lamppost. Left hand image shows American armour rolling in on 4 June 1944.

Nazi Hunters Well making good progress at the coalface. Have started writing chapter 9 looking at Operation Damocles, initiated by Mossad chief Isser Harel to kill Egypt's rocket programme using German V-2 scientists. It's very public unmasking cost him his job but succeeded.
