I have a silly little self-care app which reminds me to do tasks. Every time I open it up it asks me to rate my mood; I guess it didn't like my answer tonight because it offered me 'first aid'. I have now named a red thing, orange thing, yellow, green, blue, and purple things near me. Still shit.

I went to the gym and I would like my flowers and parade now.

I am scheduled to go to the gym this morning but I've had a long week and I'm exhausted and it would be so easy to just make an excuse and not go. The problem is I associate the gym with guilt and feeling bad, which is not very motivating, which makes the guilt and feeling bad worse.

I have done SO MUCH tidying today, which has had absolutely no effect on the level of clutter about the place.

I have used all the marshmallows and now I have no more marshmallows for my hot chocolates. (Now without typos!)

I know we are all talking about current events but I just want to grizzle about the weaponised incompetence of some of my coworkers.

My thoughts and reckons are unimportant, but my dinner... my dinner is very important. (Chicken breast with crushed garlic, mashed potato with thin slices of cheese, and just-barely-steamed cabbage that's not all limp and horrible.)
