I don’t get why the police don’t arrest ICE agents who violate civil rights and put people in danger during incidents like this.

I completely agree—this kind of rhetoric only serves to justify harmful actions. Kristi Noem, like much of the GOP Congress, should know better but has seemingly traded integrity for personal gain under their leader. Honestly, I can only think of one thing Kristi Noem might excel at.

The individual in question has undertaken a formal commitment and is expected to uphold it. This is what an honorable person does.

Trump's ICE troops are no different than Hitler's Nazis. Many of us believed this could never happen in our country, yet now we find ourselves caught in their trap.

Great points, Robert, and by this time next year, billionaire companies will own the majority of repossessed farm land. Land crops that could not be harvested without willing migrants to do the work we won't do.

Trump and the rich want our farmers to go bankrupt so they can buy their properties for pennies on the dollar. That was part of the goal of eliminating migrant workers who work the fields. Do you think Americans will work the fields for low wages? The rich will bring migrants back to their farms.

I can only hope we can get past all of this, but I realize our reputation has been damaged, and we will never be trusted again. Every country will know if our citizens are foolish enough to support Trump, they will do it again.
