It's been 23 years since I lost my father. I think about him everyday. I wish that I had one more day to spend with him, just to talk. Just to hug him. As time goes by I realize how fast time goes by. I've learned to appreciate the precious moments and people in my life.

Today is Leia's 7th gotcha day!! Best hecking doggo. Today she got some French fries from Whataburger. This weekend we'll grill her a little steak to celebrate. 🥰🥳

I've been distancing myself from social media in general. Sometimes work burns my brain out and all I want to do is lay down and just play cozy games or watch wholesome bird videos. 🤣😅 Here, have a baby dove pic and a cozy Leia pic. 😍

Great news! My mom is out of the hospital! She's going to have to do physical therapy for awhile, but she's going to be okay!

Got the news today that the biopsy my mom had Friday came back negative! Thank God! She still has a few more tests to go through, but she's doing so much better!

Please send positive vibes and prayers to my mom. Yesterday evening she was admitted to MD Anderson cancer center in Houston. We don't know much about her diagnosis yet.

Stuck in an afternoon meeting.

I never mentioned it, but I left my previous job and started a new job. I'm a lot happier and less stressed out. Today my supervisor told me how great of a job I've been doing and is very excited with how fast I've been picking up things.

After having the two teeth pulled Thursday, I'm feeling so much better. I haven't had a migraine and the pain has been minimal. But I'd really love a green burrito from taco bell. Soooon.
