Exactly 1 year ago, I got to play Expedition 33 while 33 and I wondered what it would be like if I knew I only had so much time before my gommage. I feel like both so much time has passed since last April and simultaneously no time at all. Lots of good memories though, happy with that for sure 😊

Final reflection on PT Yokohama: I have such envy for Eugene for being able to find a way into the meta for Rhinar and Sage where I hadn't. Granted, I'm not sure I could play his way but I would still have liked to have made a Rhinar build I'd be happy with. 1/3

After winning the PQ last night, one of my locals and close friend gave me a spare cold graven gloves! 1. This is devastating. 2. For myself. projects take a long time as I've tried to improve and my fit is timed for Vegas but is from PEN. If the cosplay needs to tie in to the most recent set, I can't make a quality product so fast. 3. PLEASE STILL SUPPORT THE COSPLAYERS WHO ARE SELECTED.

Every year I say I'm not gonna fold 300 wontons again and every year I forget that I am a liar

My initial kneejerk reaction to this was negative but I've let it bake overnight. A positive is it will be nice to know exactly what prizing you're getting before attending the event so you can craft proportionally - leading less to spending like 2k+ on a project and leaving with a silver needle

I am so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with the Greentree team alongside @vishratcg.bsky.social and @gscjeff0.bsky.social to cast the 10k event. The whole weekend feels like a fever dream and we ended up raising over 5000 DOLLARS for local food banks! Hope y'all enjoyed the yaps!

The best part of top 8ing an event is the photo! Shoutout to a player present at time of capture asking what hero I played, told me I was doomed after saying Rhinar, explained who Eugene was to me, and then offered to give me 2 of Eugene's discarded cursed dice I've always wanted a nemesis 😂

5-1 (my only loss was into Ira and I had an IP 2 for that game for a deck list flop) and then died in top 8 at the Baltimore Pq+ but I'm still hella proud of the run!

My only regret casting is I can't COMPETE FOR THIS CROWN

The whiplash of winning a proquest and then going 0-3 at armory LOL I do like...losing though. It's easy to chalk up losses to bad matchups or variance, but thinking after my matches, I took plenty of suboptimal lines. My biggest advice for players looking to get more competitive is to go lose.
