I hadn’t thought of this until I heard it this morning on Haway the podcast we are currently 10th if we end 8th we would earn more price money from the premier league than winning the FA cup.

I can see both sides of the story regarding the FA cup but we had too many players dead on their feet both mentally and physically and that’s when injuries are easier to pick up so we need to be very careful. Maybe get established in the league first, build a stronger squad and go for it next season

Some of our fans need to get a grip. Yes it was a pathetic penalty but we were beaten by a very good and strong team. Also we had a lot of players missing. At the start of the season we said we would take 17th and we are 10th.

We have 3 very hard fixtures coming up now with a depleted squad but when we have them back plus a couple of signings in this window we will be fine and the main priority was staying up and we are well on the way to that and the future is looking great.
