Forgot to post my run from yesterday — my first 10-mile workout of 2025. Wasn't too bad, considering. Would love to get back to where I was just 5 years ago and doing 10 miles in 90 minutes, easy.

Not happy I didn't run last week so I pushed it to 9 miles today...and I was not ready for it. Oof.

Second run of 2025 in the books...10K distance, but at a slower pace than my 5-mile run a few days ago. Still, my legs are holding up & I'm not experiencing any of the issues I had last year...so far.

For the first time in 2025 — and for the first time since the Philadelphia Marathon last November — I finally went on a run! Considering how out of shape I'm in, it went surprisingly well. Felt good to be out there again.
