Anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis knows the horrors of scanxiety. Had a bad experience of seeing something on my scan then waiting ages to hear back. Apparently it was all OK but there was an obvious blob on display. Patients should never need to walk past their images to leave the scanner.

Just got back from the gym feel so much better mentally. Would be nice to eventually see some body changes too, as much as I love sumo I don't want to look like I participate in matches.

I love finding shows to binge that everyone else has already seen. I can find something new and not have to wait. My latest discovery is #the100. Not far into it, but a lot happens in each episode. It's grabbed my attention.

Try and be kind to yourself like you would to someone else.

I'm fat and old, and as the kid that hated P.E my only interest in sports is watching #sumo. Why is it then that I discovered I love going to the gym? Got referral from Dr. And I'm having to pace myself because I love it. I'm sure it's burning up my stress hormones. I'm a natural worrier.

I've been playing #mysims since it came out, and it's as much fun as I remember. This is my favourite building I made. I'm not artistic at all, so most of them look awful but this one is cute. The game is a nice #cozygame to relax and dip in and out of, or spend hours on as I have.

I am the worst person for motion sickness. I can get it when I'm driving, watching videos, using a treadmill etc.

Got a referral to the gym from the GP. Didn't want to be late for first appointment, ended up arriving here ridiculously early. Now a long wait.

It's been a long day today. I should have guessed how it would go when I woke up this morning checked my phone etc. Then actually woke up having dreamt that I had got up and started the day.

Applying cardboard boxes and bubble wrap to windows that don't shut or have a pane of glass missing because shitty landlord who doesn't fix anything. I've got issues where I am always cold as it is. Feeling grumpy.

Watched the #sumo earlier there was a guy in the third division who was wheezing and breathing really heavily during his match and didn't look well after. Can't remember his name but hope he is OK.

Aww felt gutted for Enho but his opponent did a good job. Hoping Enho continues to do well and most importantly stays safe and injury free.

Can't stop thinking about this match (these matches) from yesterday so entertaining. I love Ura but also felt sorry for Hiradoumi.

I don't have any pets but this was a #cute #cat #game that I played recently. Knocking things over, getting up to mischief and can wear funny hats.

Preordered #mysims which I played years ago because I thought a chill #cozygame. Comes out on 19th (today) apparently it won't be playable til 6pm. What nonsense is this. My switch says let me check the date to see if you can play, no wait til the 19th. Its been the 19th here for nearly 8 hours!

My first proper #gaming system was a commodore 16 (yes 16 not 64). Games were on cassette tapes and took ages to load whilst the screen flashed coloured stripes. Would start loading go for dinner come back and find it had crashed and have to try again favourite game was punchy. Yes I'm old.

There's no edit function here so I'm annoyed to realise I wrote "there" in a post when I wanted to say "their".

Enho was my first favourite when I started watching #sumo a little guy having to be quick and inventive to beat the bigger guys. I'm rooting for him as he climbs back up the ranks.

Had a check in with consultant today 3 1/2 years since cancer op. Sitting in waiting room can come with feelings of dread or calm that you are being cared for. Today felt calm so that was good.

I'm binge watching Arrow, currently on series 8, not sure what I think about the story at the moment. I did watch every episode of Supernatural and obviously any longstanding show has ups and downs.

I like having long hair but washing it gives me backache. I lean over the side of bath using the shower head in my hand. When I was a kid I used to wash it in the sink. I just can't wash it when I'm actually having a shower that just feels weird to me.

I used to study with the open university some years ago. Woke up this morning convinced I had forgotten to do my final assignment it felt so real. Took me ages to realise I'm not a student I always have very vivid dreams.
