The ONE good thing the army did for me (free college was pretty cool too) was Master Resiliancy Training. Guy came in talking about "Hunt the good stuff." I laughed at the time. Thought it was pointless. It's the greatest lesson I've ever received.

Yes, I track everything that I make myself and I guestimate to my best knowledge on things I get out and about, even if just to have a general number in mind.

Target, Walmart, and just general ease of acquiring needed items. Healthy, simple, and well-executed meals out at restaurants. Better/healthier seafood and side options. Smaller portion sizes.
