Finished Neva Prologue DLC ✅ As the title says this DLC takes place before the main game, telling the story of how Alba (main character) and Neva met. Game is so stunning to look at with new locations, gameplay mechanics and enemies. I'm still on the opinion that the platforming is just fine.

Finished and Roger ✅️ Never heard of the game until saw @hananomaude.bsky.social play it so had to give it a try. Let me tell you this is one of the best 1 hr experiences out there, so immersive in it's storytelling and even with simple gameplay it worked so well. Trust me on this and go in blind.

Finished Yakuza 2 (PS2) ✅ This is essentially Y1 but bigger and better in almost every way. There are so many improvements here, they straight refined the original's short comings. The story is as batshit and ambitious as I remember. Happy to finally experience the classics!

Hope everyone is enjoying Resident Evil Requiem I will catch up to the series someday when I stop being a pussy 🤣

The infamous town of Shinseicho that was cut in Kiwami 2 Honestly its pretty cool place even though its largely a single street with not many stuff to do. Storywise this place actually makes sense compared to what they did in K2.

I'm really digging Final Fantasy X so far Just got to the Yuna dance scene and it was really beautiful!

Playing two PS2 games simultaneously atm Pretty unusual for someone who mostly focus on modern stuff. Its also quite exciting to experience games from an era people hold very dearly.

Finished Yakuza 1 (PS2) ✅ So glad I finally experienced the og game and I enjoyed it. I did tolerate the charming PS2 combat which is basic and sometimes clunky. I cant fault the atmostphere and the ost though they are genuinely amazing. I still hope we get an official modern release someday.

Febraury started with me being sick and barely getting any sleep, 2026 is going great so far!

Finished Mafia 2 ✅️ After beating this I think I like the first game more but this also has a decent story and highlights being the main duo Vito and Joe. What I love about these games is that they transport us to different eras with authenticity, that's where they shine.

After much consideration and procrastination I finally decided on Mafia 2 as my first game of 2026

Finished Alan Wake 2 ✅️ One of the best examples of how to do a story with dual protagonists. Remedy masterfully uses different mediums for it's storytelling that kept me guessing from start to the end. Great atmosphere and incredible music too. Truly a very unique experience 🔦 🌀
