In August of 2019, we lost our beloved golden retriever Savannah to cancer. Her last trip was to Laguna Beach where we had one final, perfect weekend with her. Two months later, I returned to Laguna and took these photos. And I could feel that beautiful little girl in every shot.

Man Friday evening workouts suck ha ha - I have zero energy! Still even a bad workout is better than no workout!

This is me in a world of pain. Running a rough Spartan Race where I wiped out fast and was struggling to keep going. But I ended up digging real deep - making the mental decision that I was NOT going to give up. And it changed everything. It was just a race - but that choice has stuck with me…
