While continuing to go through my backlog, I have come to the conclusion that the Need for Speed games from the early 2010's are really good to the point where I consider it to be the second best era of the series.

Throughout January I was able to remove six games from my backlog, some had been stuck there for years. I wish I was able to get through more but the last two weeks especially have severely hampered my drive to do, well anything really but especially game. For my sake I need to find that drive again

So it looks like i'll be rooting for Kendrick to win the Super Bowl this year.

After today I decided to just completely delete TikTok. I hadn't been on the app since the temporary shutdown and recent news has made me never want to go back. To be honest, after deleting the app, account, and the burner e-mail used to set everything up, I felt a bit of relief.

It's funny that I finally start to understand TikTok right before I, and all of America, lose access to the platform. I wouldn't say that it ever fully clicked for me, but I see why it did for many.

I'm not sure how common of an experience this is but I'm finding myself having a much more fun and less stressful time playing Ranked matches in Rivals in comparison to Quick Play (Gold btw).

I can't stop playing Marvel Rivals at this point it's too addicting and fun to put down. Support/Strategist main btw, mostly Adam Warlock

Took a bit over a day to beat my first game of 2025! It also continues my unintentional tradition of playing one BoxBoy! game a year.

And now 2024 is a thing of the past for me. This year I intend to get through my large backlog of games (for real this time, I have a spreadsheet and everything). The backlog is at 102 games as I type this, and my goal this year will be to get this number as low as possible.

I just had the most deranged game of UNO in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.

So in the span of one day I: Finished the Knuckles show Watched Sonic 3 Beat Generations after close to 4 and half years of it sitting in my backlog Beat Mania And bought Frontiers Is this what being motivated feels like?

Finally got around to watching the Knuckles show. I personally liked it, though I can where the criticism comes from (Especially episode 4). I would rank it a bit below the first film, though not by much.

Tbh, I'm a little dissapointed with how little I used the Switch this year. My desire to game never left, and time wasn't really an issue, but the drive and motivation to sit down and game just wasn't there this year. With Switch 2 releasing next year these numbers will likely go up, but we'll see.

After unlocking all the decks in Balatro I can definitively say that Black is the worst and least fun deck in the game.

I caved and decided to watch the Paul/Tyson fight. My expectations were low, but I think they were met? TBH it played out the way I thought it would, and at least it didn't feel like a waste of my time.

As a big Mario & Luigi fan, I'm really excited to play through this.

Well, today's the day the fate of democracy is decided. I really don't know what to expect, I'm optimistic that things will turn out fine, but at the same time, who knows what will happen. All we can do now is vote (if we haven't already) and watch.

I see so much potential in this service. Nintendo officially offering their music somewhere is something many have dreamed of for years. If Nintendo is willing to put in the effort and have a substantial amount of their extensive catalog on offer, then I can see myself using this service alot.
