May is Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. This Heritage Month is recognized each May to honor the history, culture, and contributions of AANHPI communities in the United States. We’re proud to celebrate the many ways these communities enrich our lives.

We are proud to share that all 24 graduating students in our Dental Hygiene Program successfully passed the American Dental Examiners Simulated Patient Clinical Examination on May 1. Congratulations to the entire class on this outstanding achievement and to the faculty who supported them.

Recently, Johnson campus TRIO took a service trip to Puerto Rico, where they helped a family in need of home fortification for future hurricane safety. Opportunities like these are often formative experiences for students and wouldn’t be possible without the support TRIO provides. #TRIOWorks
