Turkey defrost (in fridge) commenced! 24 hrs for every 4-5lbs. Then, Dry Brine 24-48hrs (also in fridge). Roast. I will enjoy it next Thursday despite family making other plans, which I will not be joining.

This unit went to the vet early this morning to remove a broken tooth. Unsure how he did it. Turns out, said tooth is still healthy but discovered he broke a second tooth that vet removed instead. Picking him up in about an hour, crooked smile and all. #DogsofBluesky #huskylife
