Software Rot cannot be concealed by throwing up a bunch of spices onto it. Your "features" do not matter if users can't actually enjoy using them. Every shortcut you take will incur in a debt to the truth. Eventually, this debt has to be paid, and a "later" price might not be manageable for you.

It is crazy how unstable modern software has become. Especially Apple software, which has a much higher quality expectations. Sure, all of it is made by people and people do tend to make mistakes. But why an unpolished product, which hangs every half of an hour of usage, is shipped at all?
