My mom was a typesetter at our local newspaper and print shop. These bring back memories! We had grease pencils EVERYWHERE and whenever we were annoying her, she’d smack her metal pica pole into her hand and we’d behave.

I recently watched Spider-Noir on Prime with my roommate’s basic account and the ads were NUTS. Broke into the middle of a scene multiple times in the span of 15-20 minutes, 10X louder than the show. It just felt like “Hey, don’t you hate this? Fuck you, give us more money.” I’d rather die.

I had a dumb fight with my dad about Davis Schneider when I was home recently and am currently being VERY annoying about the fact that he now has as many homers as Vladdy this season.

I can honestly say my life was made massively better by the now-defunct Fametracker forums. I met dozens of people from Canada, the U.S. and Europe on those forums, stayed with them while travelling, opened my home to them and gained a best friend and roommate. It was a different, better time.

These days, you could NEVER have a show where one coworker puts another coworker’s stapler in jello. 🙄
