Zoom got to come home today! He's grumpy but I really don't blame him for being mad. He growled at Daisy. He still has to take the cat lax and an appetite stimulant for another week or so. I'm so happy my baby cat is home!

Day three at the vet and Zoom still hasn't passed the hairball. They said he is eating and just chilling watching them. He hasn't pooped yet.We will get another update in the morning. Keep sending him good vibes.

I have my mail in ballot ready to drop in the mailbox tomorrow. The primary for local elections here is May 5. It's so sad to look at the sample ballot & see so many races with no candidates. There is only 1 dem from my district running for office & that is for school board. TN is a very red state

I spoke with the vet tech about Zoom this morning. They did x-rays and discovered he has a blockage. The blockage is a hairball. They are going to give him a large dose of kitty lax to see if he can pass it, If not he will have to have surgery.

My baby cat (13 y/o) Zoom, had to stay at the vet's tonight. I miss him. Please send good vibes for him that he can come home tomorrow.

Please hold a good thought for my Zoom. He has been throwing up since late Saturday. Taking him to the vet on the morning if they can see him.

Daisy loves to look out the windows and doors. This evening she tried to make a break for it. Hubs opened the front door and she was out on the porch before he could grab her. He tripped and skinned up his arm, she froze so I grabbed her. Now I am getting a harness and leash to take her outside.

Since the general consensus is that all orange cats share one brain cells, does that mean a tortoiseshell cats get half of the brain cells. Or in the case of a dilute tortie like my Daisy, do they only get a quarter of that cell? That girl ain't right.
