So found out there are no more opportunities for me to move up at my current job. I quite literally hit the cap. So, guess I better start looking for something new. I don't hate my current job, but I need to have the ability to grow. I can't stay stagnant, its just not me.

28 Years Later... Save your money, wait for it to hit Netflix or Hulu. I wouldn't even call it a horror movie, it felt like an "Art house coming of age drama". I'd say the only good scene would be the intro sequence with the Teletubbies on the TV.

So update (smoother video than yesterday) -Enemies can damage (and kill)! -They have unique combos of 4 attacks. -They patrol and can chase if they see the player. -Inventory Menu has tabs! -Map look familiar? o.o -Working on a Notes tab where you can have all the notes sorted.

I'm back! Got basic AI animations with a random patrol and a chase w/ attack (no dmg yet) Got my menus working with placeholder images and individual buttons based on the item. And enemies take damage! - No video cuz recording borked

No, I didn't give up. I had the biggest hurdle and it was destroying my progress. The inventory was being all forms of wack. Equip / Use / Read buttons were not displaying properly, if even at all sometimes. But... I fixed it. Button are now item type dependent.

So had a big hiccup the last few days with UI Basically buttons didn't work when interacting with a child of the newly generated parent. (it gets confusing as I dig into it) So hard coded the EQUIP into the generated parent instead? How does it look? I think it works for now.

Update pt 2 Had to redo a bunch of stuff because one of my containers got ALL fucked up. - Now you can inspect different items in your inventory with a little description. - The EQUIP / USE / RELOAD / READ buttons will be toggled based on the item. (in future updates*)

Short and Sweet. - Resized weapons so less modifying in the future. - Retextured weapons so looks less like plastic toys. - Added Pick-Up interaction. (Yes you need to press a button to do it) - Started an Inventory Menu. (Inventory won't pause the game, but pause will ;) )

UPDATE: - Fixed weird tilt to stop breaking the characters spine - Crouching has a lowered collision to allow going under objects - Camera lock on targets within range (experimenting) - Enemy loses their Health Bar when stealth killed - Enemy gets removed after death
