Happy new year! Been playing around a bit with paint markers. Normally only post digital art, but I like how this and others like it have been coming out.

Been a little bit, but here are a few of the things that I have been up to. The first is a Secret Santa gift to someone in a discord I am on and the second is a character I always draw around Christmas.

So far the movies I have re-watched are: The Little Mermaid, Hercules, Tarzan, Treasure Planet and The Lion King. I now need to find a frame from each to redraw.

After going to Lightbox and seeing the things there, I started thinking about some of my older inspirations for starting art. A big part of it was the 2D Disney movies. I realized that I haven’t seen several of them since I was a kid and decided I should rewatch them for some inspiration.

So I recently learned how to use tools in the art program I use that took hours off the time I took for a picture and this was the first picture I had made after. Her name Is Clio, but that is about all I have for her. She is an old character that I had only drawn two pictures for. #oc #ocsky
