Have you ever put off seeing a show because it has so much hype and your not sure if it can ever live up to it. But then you see Hadestown and it blows you away. There are moments you could hear a pin drop. Plus a whole lot of fun. If you get the chance I'd highly recommend seeing it. #Hadestown

Was fun playing Takenoko and Courtesans this week. Two very fun games played with such good friends. #boardgames

Broke out Canvas tonight. It's been a while but was good fun as always. #canvas #boardgames

Continuing on with a recent trend of playing games I haven't played in years. Hardback. A deck builder where you make words to score points. It's a neat game but at 5 players it did drag a big towards the end. #Hardback #boardgames

Today we took on a beholder and didn't die. OK, 3 of our companions got disintegrated and a 4th turned to Stone. But other than that, a successful mission.

Ended the day by catching up on the latest episode of Doctor Who. Love the more experimental episodes and I thought it was much stronger than last week's. Not that I'm saying it's perfect but it was fun. Can't wait to see what happens next week. #DoctorWho

Picked up Blue Prince. So far I've ended both day 1 and two by dead ending myself. But progress has been made and while I'm not sure what all these discoveries mean yet. I am excited to see what day 3 brings. #blueprince

A Good time was had in the Netherlands. Went on many canals and saw a lot of tulips. Plus, I saw more cyclists in one day than I have in a lifetime. Then I saw a ton more. #amsterdam #Netherlands

Had fun making maps while playing Cartographers. Always a good one to play with groups at the end of the night. Even got to use my fancy pencils. #cartographers #boardgames

So nice to be able to look forward to seeing a film again. Something in the execution was lacking, but overall, it was a decent enough time. #novocaine

Betrayal Legacy is finished. Some ups and some downs but also lots of twists and turns to keep things interesting. Enjoyable time overall. Liked the additional mechanics in this. Definitely need a break from any Betrayal for a while now though. #betrayallegacy

Pancake Day is best day

Absolutely smashed it playing Century Spice Road last night. Then played Courtesans which was fun but brutal.

Heart Eyes is a hard one to place. It has my kind of Horror and a bit of Rom-com. Simultaneously both people think it will be and not at the same time. But definitely worth a look in my opinion. #hearteyes #film #valentines

Can't beat a good bit of Captain America on Valentines Day. Not perfect but some good fun in there.

A bunch of 2 player games this evening, including my first game of Dicemasters in many years and Targi, a brand new one (to me).

An evening showing as this film is going to only one a day after today and it was my only chance to see it. Simple story and some good fun, plus it's short which is always a win. #lovehurts #filmreview

Watched two films this week. A Complete Unknown was a solid biopic with great performances. William Tell featured some incredible scenery and was a bit of fun. #WilliamTell #ACompleteUnknown

Attended the Wedding of two awesome board game people and had the best time. (Sadly no board games were played but much fun was had)
