🥣 It only takes $2.16 to change a life. This past year, The Soup Project prepared and delivered 10,618 meals to our neighbors — all for just $2.16 per meal or $4.32 per person per week. Our total yearly cost? $23,020.79 — covering everything from ingredients to insurance.

What an amazing day. PFCU reached out about donating to The Soup Project—and you can imagine our shock when they walked in with this check. 💛 The support we receive from this community comes in so many beautiful ways. A powerful reminder that collaboration really does turn compassion into action.

Whew—it was HOT in the kitchen today! But this crew didn’t miss a beat. They knocked it out of the park with a hearty beef barley mushroom soup and apple cranberry fiber muffins. Grateful for the dedication and teamwork—even on the hottest days! 🥵🍲🧁🔥

There’s something special about spending Tuesday mornings with kind, compassionate, and action-oriented community members. This week’s creation: hearty corn chowder and tangy rhubarb muffins. Grateful for good people and good food.

What a great week! We connected with so many awesome people and whipped up some delicious cream of broccoli with cheese soup and carrot cake fiber muffins.

Kindness in action. This is what a caring community looks like. 260 servings of homemade white chicken chili and blueberry peach muffins. All to be delivered Wednesday morning to our elderly and homebound community members.

So much goodness. Now serving 130 people each week. 260+ meals prepared and ready for delivery.

Wonderful week at Soup Project. 250 servings of ham & bean soup. Yummy apple, cranberry fiber muffins to go with it. With snow in the forecast, this will be perfect for lunch.

What a fantastic week. Serving 128 people. That translates to 256 servings of soup & muffins. Mad love for our egg donors!

What happens when a bunch of people come together? Delicious meals that are made with love, that’s what happens. Thank you to all who lend their time and talents to our efforts. We cannot do it without you.

So many good people in this world! It’s a joy to work with them every Tuesday & good for the soul. This week we made twice baked potato soup and strawberry fiber muffins.

Every month we get a delivery of 250 soup cups from a very special anonymous donor. From the folks who consistently donate, to the ones who send us items, to the people who volunteer their time. TSP has many angels supporting our efforts. 💕 A big THANK YOU to every single one of you.

Helping your neighbors is a beautiful thing. This week we 250 servings of split pea with ham and blueberry apple fiber muffins.

TSP received a large donation of some lovely mushrooms. We made a big batch (250 servings) of beef barley mushroom soup.

The Soup Project is a 501(c)(3) operating in Michigan. We serve @125 people a week. Each delivery provides 2 complete meals per person in the household. Soup are all low-sodium and full of veggies. Muffins made are high fiber and sweetened with local honey. To donate please visit TheSoupProject.org
