Scag Commercial mower. Wet grass plus clump grass that will generally kill most mowers when trying to go slow, never slowed down for the clump grass, never died once the entire lawn. We've been without a mower for a while. Near impossible to find anyone willing to mow, even at $75 for a 30 min job.

Just brought home this Scag SFC30 7CV walk behind self propelled commercial mower. The lawn mowers sold by Honda, Toro, Troy Bilt, Murray, etc, are designed to last 50 hours or 4-5 years. This, well maintained, 3000+ hours is the norm and I'm meticulous about maintenance. My last walk behind!
