this is a belfast coffee similar to an irish coffee except cold and made with poitín 60ml cold brew 30 ml poitín 15ml brown sugar syrup shaken cream and nutmeg garnish stir down all ingredients with ice, strain into glass, lightly shake cream not too thick. Gently layer on top, sprinkle nutmeg
