after nearly a week of being down with the flu, today I meandered along a south carolina beach for more than two hours. ✨ so good for my soul.

monday i developed a bad fever. wednesday tested positive for Flu A and got xofluza. fever broke thursday. current status: on a plane to do a work-from-beach trip in south carolina. 🌴 yay science!
