My first plastic surgery consult is on Friday. And I’m getting the same feelings I did before my first HRT appointment (also how was that 9 months ago?!). I’m well prepared for the conversation, or at least I think I am. I know what I would like done. But the feeling.

At least I got my goals and calendar posted today. It’s too flipping early.

I’ve been really sad over the past few days. It’s my first holiday season being Serena, and overall it’s been amazing. But, my heart hurts because of my family’s response to me being Serena. It is what it is, and I can’t change their minds. And I have a great family though Amanda’s.
