Lowkey now that I've seen this I can kinda understand why they didn't use her original toy design in the show. With so much of her body being white it would stand out and take attention away from everything else in the animation as well as Cy-Kill already having some white.

The Guardian Hitch Hiker was given a design for the Fun Publications Guardian mural with it being a digital recolor of the Action Master Omega Spreem.

The Renegade Power Marcher Quick Step was given a design for the Fun Publications Renegade mural with it being a digital recolor of the Grimlock Hero Mashers, likely in reference to the fact the original Quick Step couldn't transform.

It seems like Nemesis (the unreleased power warrior recolor of Land Commander 5) was quite far along in development before it's cancellation as it was seen in multiple magazines and advertisements including the Tonka 1986 catalog used to promote the final year of Gobots toys.

Machine Robo 1982 was a project made for third party promotional marketing like the TV Land magazine in order to maintain a consistent. 82 had the Machine Robo be piloted by a Romulan named Takeru Akiba in order to protect their former home Earth from the Dogra.

There was a prototype of Drill Robo shown off which had the only red on the toy be relegated to the red of the logo and a red rectangle on the chest which was moved to the arms of the final figure. It makes sense it was changed because it looked so much worse originally.

Machine Robo Mugenbine Pharaoh is my favorite Mugenbine figure and one of my favorite Machine Robo / Gobots things ever. Pharaoh consists of a number of Egyptian themed elements that can combine into a giant robot that looks fucking awesome. Shit rocks man.

The Robo Machines comic uses a mix of real and fake places, primarily in England for the story with places like East Anglia and Birmingham being real and Cholkham and Westbridge being invented for the comic (although I'd never have guessed those were fake places).

As I've pointed out before, Machine Robo treats characters more like people than machines, this is a big example of that. With toys being races of MR (unless you're important) and Battle Rock is an example of that with a whole life cycle and seemingly being able to procreate.

Transformers Age of the Primes Gobots Universe Dozer. This one was made using the head of Age of the Primes Nexus Prime and the body of Studio Series 86 Bonecrusher. Some changes were made for the color layout but all the colors are still there.

There was a prototype of Dozer before he was brought over to America which had a shockingly similiar color scheme to Block Head / Mixer Robo. Dozer obviously wouldnt keep this color scheme and instead would go back to the same color as his Machine Robo release.

It's very understandable to view Armada Leader-1 as just a random name drop on a new character that is only vaguely related or not at all related. But have you considered there's an official lego-styled Armada Leader-1 so he's worthy of the name just cause that's awesome.

Crazy to say but us getting a version of Armada Leader-1 using the name Leader-1 and named it "Minicon Leader-1" instead of just "Leader-1" is the best sign that they can make a new Gobots Leader-1 since they pitched making one.

A lot of the Machine Robo Unitroborn figures being able to combine with eachother leads to some hilarious results like this. (It fucking rocks)
