Sad news this morning to read John Stapleton has passed away. We see news broadcasts daily on our screens & expect them to be there forever. Rest in peace John and thoughts & prayers to his family & friends.

Great to see #Migraine being highlighted this morning on our tv screens. I’ve had difficulties for 10+ years & many assume it’s ’just a headache’ but it’s really far more than that. I can have between 15-18 attacks a month & it really does disrupt daily life. #BBCBreakfast
