We had our awards ceremony today where we gave out scholarships to kids who have succeeded despite incredibly difficult circumstances. It was an inspiring event! #loudouncountyva

Loudoun Bar Association today, we heard about volunteers writing wills, scholarships for kids from abused homes, free educational programs, and I spoke briefly about talking at local schools about the legal rights and responsibilities our students have as they enter adulthood. #loudouncountyva

Spent yesterday helping folks who can’t afford to pay an attorney prepare wills and other end of life documents as part of Legal Services of Northern Virginia’s volunteer clinic. Met some great compassionate lawyers and some lovely people who just needed a little help. #loudouncountyva
