Just in from The Hawthorns. First half we had no real pattern of play, but at least were aggressive and broke quickly. Should really have had a couple of goals. Second half we were half a sleep and frankly awful. For the first half my MoM was Soumaré. McGuinness was like bambi on ice.

The situation with Tom Davies is hugely frustrating for the club and obviously the player himself. Not a burgers and Lamborghinis scenario like Mousset, but clearly something is amiss and we have a talented player who isn't fit to play 90 mins and any sort of a regular basis.

Clearly not the start we wanted. Personally, I always thought this would be a tough campaign. Even if Chris had stayed don't think we would have matched that tremendous run. One observation from today at least Rubén Sellés had to b@lls to walk around the pitch at the end.

That first half I really couldn't see what on earth we were trying to do. We were also allowing Millwall free shots from the edge of the box. I don't buy this 'they're not playing for him' stuff. No excuse for some of those performances today. Too slow, too predictable. Much better 2nd half, UTB ⚔️
