Clearly not the start we wanted. Personally, I always thought this would be a tough campaign. Even if Chris had stayed don't think we would have matched that tremendous run. One observation from today at least Rubén Sellés had to b@lls to walk around the pitch at the end.

That first half I really couldn't see what on earth we were trying to do. We were also allowing Millwall free shots from the edge of the box. I don't buy this 'they're not playing for him' stuff. Hecky lost narrowly in PO semi and took us up via autos next term. CW took us to the final and if VAR wasn't wrong (again) we would be in Prem now. It feels wrong, but we support the club not the man and we carry on regardless. Time will tell if COH called it right.

I do think that the owners were emboldened by the post Wembley hissy fits thrown by plenty of our fans on the day and online. Personally, I see that as the noisy minority and a lot of beer talking, but maybe the owners thought that was the mood of the fanbase and it was a green light to ditch Chris
