I can’t remember the last time that I enjoyed a book so much. Written in an engaging and simple to follow way you are sure to find helpful. No matter what your view on self-help books you need to give this one a try. I adore the honest style of writing and how no judgement is leveled at the reader. Rather you get the sense that you are in conversation with Hall and being reassured that what you may be facing or feeling is not in isolation but others have had similar situations. I cannot recommend this enough. Definitely one of my favourite self help books I’ve read so far. As always thank you to Literally PR for the copy to review.
