i know that this is a stupid thing to be sad about but i’ve been working out from home (nothing very serious) since july and today nearly fainting at the gym has made me feel very weak and afraid of trying again i’ve just gone to bed but still feel physically sick and less than six hours of sleep

update so it was group training 15 minutes in i started feeling weak and i said “i feel that i’m fainting” 💀 i had to lay on the floor. a nurse holding my legs up and the trainer fanning me with a folder i couldn’t complete the workout n had to call my mum to bring me home bc i couldn’t drive

she’s so crazy i love her 😭😭

tomorrow afternoon i’m going to this training center ~ gym for the first time in my life i feel commited to engage in physical activity bc i want to be okay with my body i hope that no one laughs at me. i am afraid that i feel ridiculous

disappointed may not be the most accurate word bc i wasn’t getting along with my ex-coworkers but any of them not even bothering to send a message of “how have you been feeling now that you’re working on your own?” feels disrespectful it’s a huge change and it just confirms that they never cared

sometimes i have some spare time but i lack the energy to focus and pay attention and even sitting on the sofa and watch some tv feels impossible i also find myself “dissociating” when someone talks to me like “what did he/she just say bc i wasn’t listening to?” … i need to remind me to engage

100%. i love Real Housewives for this reason. i find the show (at last in current times) doesn't glamorous marriages or traditional concepts surrounding partnership. they're often divorced, funner and seemingly happier and less boring when single, and a majority of them are divorced too
