Once again, I'm writing a post about music, but it's just that big a part of my day to day life, so why not?

What ifs are a killer. If you let them drag you down, you're done for!

I'm stuck writing posts about work and jobs (and nostalgia). I wonder if there's some deeper meaning.

I've now been working in my current position at the day job for three years. I don't know how it happened so fast, but here we are.

I didn't shock the world with my writing at the retreat last weekend, but I got some done and it's nice to hang out with cool, creative folks!

The first event of 2026 is over and I could not have been more happy that it was the Sarnia Pop Culture Show. Not only do I always sell well, there are always nice people, too!

I never liked school so why do I think I'd like to go back to school when I'm older?

It's been a while, but I'm going to be attending a writer's retreat this month despite not really having the time or having started a new project. But I want to, so I will.

It's almost the start of my event season and while I only have a few locked in on my schedule, I'm getting excited.

My favourite band is coming to a city near me, but I can't go. Thankfully, I did get to see another amazing band in the city where I live!

There's nothing like mandatory training to make an already busy day unmanageable!

Being tired is nothing special, and it's not a new thing for me, but lately, sleep has been eluding me.

I'm back from my trip and it was great, but now there's all the stuff I have to catch up on because I had the nerve to have fun.

Bad things happen and that's sad, but good things happen too. That doesn't eliminate the sad, but it's better than nothing.

AI is weird because it's simultaneously a bigger threat than most people realize and not as big a deal as some people try to make it out to be.

To this day I'm surprised how much I use arts and crafts from grade school in my daily life.
