It's IML weekend! Having a pipe before getting the festivities started

If you compliment someone on a change, make sure it's what they're going for. I'm tired of people thinking they're complimenting me and say I've lost weight. I'm trying to build strength and muscle, not lose weight. When that goes unnoticed but it's just about my weight, it's rather crushing.

Sitting here at the gym, contemplating things. Specifically my StrongMan journey, but also my place in the strength sports community at large and the muscle bear community. The main one (StrongMan) is progressing. I'm hoping to be in my first competition some time by the end of the year.
