Happy New Year ❄️ This year has been kind of unreal, almost 200k and I honestly didn’t expect it. Thank you so much for all the support, it really means a lot. Quick break on the slopes before getting back to computers and consoles...🏂🏂 See you in 2026!

Restoring a Nintendo Donkey Kong II Game & Watch, including the box! The screen originally showed nothing, so I opened the Game & Watch and replaced the polarizing film on both layers. I also restored the box by cleaning it, fixing the corners, touching up the color and reinforcing the worn side.

I picked up three vintage Game and Watch units at a flea market! Two were working, but the third had heavy battery corrosion and wouldn’t power on. I cleaned the board, rebuilt the damaged traces with copper wire and replaced a loose capacitor. A full restoration in the end😎🔧

I recently got a Commodore 64 from a subscriber and it arrived already opened and poorly repaired 😥🔧 The board is actually broken, with missing PCB sections, lifted traces, bad solder joints and a badly reinstalled 6526! New video here📌:

What’s inside the Atari 800XL! 💾 (approximately) It’s amazing how much engineering went into these 8-bit machines. Would you like me to break down each chip in future videos? 🙂

In my latest video, I repaired an Atari 130XE sent to me by a subscriber. It stopped working after he tried to clean it, turns out he mistook the potentiometer hole for a screw hole and forgot to reconnect the keyboard. I replaced the pot and now everything works perfectly!☺

In my latest video I fixed the LED of an Atari 800XL that wouldn’t turn on anymore! 💡 The problem was a broken trace on the keyboard board, so I rebuilt it with a small piece of hand-cut aluminum. There was also a potentiometer to adjust and just look at all those scratches on the board! 😅

Just finished working on two classic 8-bit Atari computers 🥰 the 800XL (on loan from my mum!) and the 130XE, the last of the line. Both needed serious TLC with some busted pots and weird keyboard traces. New video here👉

This Olivetti PC128 definitely needed some general cleaning! (and a recap just to be safe) I’m glad the power switch issue was only mechanical and the tape deck belt was probably just loose from age.

Finally got my Bambu Lab X1 Carbon back in action! The summer heat caused a filament mess that bent the nozzle and broke the thermistor, but after some repairs it’s printing perfectly again!

I took a chance on four untested MSX computers from eBay to see if they still work… let’s just say things didn’t go exactly as planned: dead CPUs, broken keyboards and faulty PSUs. Not exactly an easy ride!🔧😅

🎉 The Amiga 1000 turns 40 on July 23rd! The Amiga 1000 was unlike anything else: 4096-color graphics, stereo sound, multitasking and custom chips that made it a true multimedia machine. Born from the vision of Jay Miner and his team, it marked the beginning of the Amiga era!

Got two VIC-20s from a subscriber, both spent years in a basement! One of them showed clear signs of corrosion, though I doubt humidity was the only culprit...Luckily, the second one was an easy repair😊

Fixed a Sharp MZ-721 (the one with the tape deck but no printer), PSU cap and fuse blew on power-up, awful smell and high-pitched whine !😖🔧 Cleaned & recapped it, but couldn’t test the tape drive yet. Will update once I get a cassette! 📼

Found this Nintendo Game & Watch at a flea market near my place! It’s Donkey Kong 3, a two-player version with two built-in controllers! 🎮 I didn’t even know there was a part 3, I’d only seen 1 and 2 before. And I also scored another Game & Watch, an Italian one!
