I think I mentioned this with previous games like CP2077 and Star Wars Outlaws. But to see how well FF7R runs and looks on Switch 2, it makes me so incredibly exited for future games on that system. They did a phenomenal job on the port.

Wanna hear a #hottake ? Metroid Prime 4: Beyond is absolutely overhated and is actually a very solid game overall. People saying it's the worst possible game that we have received is honestly just ragebait in my opinion.

Metroid Prime 4 is probably the best looking first party Nintendo game ever created yet imo. Playing it in 4K with HDR on an OLED TV is honestly just eye candy. They had no reason to make the game look as cinematic as it is.

On Amazon Germany all Xenoblade games are available cheaper than usual. Even the rare physical version of Xenoblade 2 is actually also available. One of the advantages of being one of the 7 fans over here, is that those games are more easy to get than in many other countries lol

Ragebait or not, this is what I usually see from the "fans" saying about Pokemon Legends ZA at every video or discussion online. Either that, or the other side saying that it's Nintendo's fault for the game being rushed. Anyways, I can't wait to hear it hitting 10 million sales in a month or two.

Just learned that Pokemon Legends ZA's world/buildings look like that because of performance issues on the Switch 1? How, you ask? Because it seems that the whole world is loaded at all times. CONSTANTLY. There is no LOD system at work. I'm not even a dev, and yet I wonder... how? Game Freak man.

The game surely isn't becoming easier... But that doesn't matter too much now, does it? It's a lot of fun man. Let's continue Hollow Knight SIlksong tomorrow :D

Oh boy. Reviews should obviously be taken with a huge grain of salt, but I can't say I'm hyped about Little Nightmares 3 after Tarsier Studios left the IP to create their own IP called Reanimal. I absolutely adored LN 1 and 2, but I'll probably pass on 3. I'd rather wait on Reanimal releasing.

The Amazon Prime days have started, meaning lots of first party Nintendo games are currently at their lowest price ever. I might consider getting Paper Mario and the Mario RPG at these prices. Zelda EoW and Xenoblade X DE are also well worth that price.

Just heard from the recent DF Direct that Resident Evil Requiem on Switch 2 has an uncapped framerate in handheld mode? And sometimes reaching 60fps because of it? Meaning through VRR it'll play in more than 30fps? That would be kinda nutty. I wonder how things will look in docked mode then.

Who remembers this movie? Just got a video recommended on Youtube about it. That sure was a "movie for kids"... scared me to no end back then. Heck, still gives me the creeps nowadays. Definitely one of the reasons I love the horror genre so much nowadays :D
