This is very funny: Patel’s joke lawyer this morning published a letter he had sent to the Atlantic calling the allegations in their upcoming story lies. But the letter includes objections to allegations that the Atlantic didn’t end up printing. So he’s helping trash his own client!

Patel’s lawyer’s letter says the original Atlantic story claimed they requested a battering ram because Patel was unresponsive *at FBI HQ.* (The final printed story did not say where he was unresponsive.)
