I don’t depend on a following/followers count because I know my reach is going to reach regardless. No number will ever take away from who the message is for, and that’s a word.

When I set my mind on something, I do it, I get it, I receive it, I obtain it. Get out of your own way, ain’t nobody stoping you but you!!

One thing about me, I’m gon’ do what I want to do, go after what I want to go after, be who/what I want to be, and do and be all of that unapologetically!!

If it’s not rooted in joy, I don’t want it!!

Don’t sabotage love because it’s something that hurt you in the past. Timing, alignment, genuine and intentional love .. real love, deep love, unfiltered love, layered love, connected love, rooted love, balanced love, all of that.

I’m just ready to be outside more, outdoors more, in nature more, in my garden, at the beach, along the trails and mountain sides, on an patio, walking the park, vibin’ at a cookout, at a block party, just OUTSIDE basking and living!!

Age is most definitely just a state of mind. The older I get, the freer I become. No limitations, no cage, no box, no outside validation, just me leaning into myself unapologetically without any doubt or hesitation. I’m really this blessed, this favored, this fine, and this fly.

At any rate, it’s Friday, we made it!!

For those of us who can feel energy deeply, this is the time we have to stay rooted and grounded, rising above the madness.

Been up at the crack of dawn all week, the energy around us is so intense and chaotic, you can literally feel the shift.

If the vibe ain’t right, then I’m not with it, if the vibe is right, then I’m flowing with it.

Many are quick to be like “It ain’t that serious” when in actuality it is when you have sound morals, values and integrity.

No New Year resolutions, just forward motion, period.

I’m at peace with releasing who/what’s no longer for me, in alignment to me, or serving me.

Just went through my contacts in my phone and deleted literally the majority of the contacts saved. This has been a year of shedding, ridding, stripping away, clearing, detaching and letting go in more ways than one.

Listen, a little laughter goes a long way ESPECIALLY in these current times. Whenever, wherever, and however you find some ounce of joy, please make sure to bask in it unapologetically!!!

2025 taught me, you gotta’ do it for yourself and everything else will align.

When people show you who they are time and time and time and time again, you should have believed them by now.

Your journey, your pace. Stop letting people rush you, travel at your own speed, and that’s a word.

These days I move much more intentionally in all aspects, capacities, and levels in my life; being in alignment and in tuned with your higher-self will literally shift you.

Everything doesn’t have to be for everyone’s consumption, and honestly shouldn’t be. Energy connects us all and every single thing big or small in our lives.

Whether it’s snippets of my relationships, family, personal life and lived experiences, job, career, things I’ve accomplished and attained, things I’m working on, working through etc.

I’m now very intentional about what I choose to put out there for “others” be it my online presence, or in person with my physical presence.

Alignment only, that’s it.

🗣️ I don’t know who needs to hear this but it’s time to cut them off. You gave them a lot of grace and they continued to play in your face. Times up, it’s a dub, lesson learned in and through the experiences, move on, next chapter.
