Modern Zelda has almost no soul. Shrines aren’t iconic. I don’t think about but maybe 2-3 shrines out of 120. That is a horrid ratio. They’re too open. So the cheesy solution is always the best/most obvious solution so you end up defaulting to them. The only hype moments are the finales.
